DUTCH (Red) Well flavoured, early and high yielding. Each bulb divides into many shallots at harvest time, excellent keeping qualities. Produces smaller strongly flavoured bulbs.

Pack size: Approx. 500g. Approx. 15-20 sets.

Unfortunately this variety is no longer available for 2008 due to harvesting problems resulting from floods last summer however do see Shallot Springfield as an alternative.
