Onion Hercules: Well named, producing large, almost round well flavoured bulbs. Attractive dark golden brown skins. Excellent storage potential. Outstanding in RHS assessment trials winning an AGM award.

Shallot Golden Gourmet: RHS Award of Merit. This is a major advance on the traditional Giant yellow and produces larger and better quality bulbs with reduced bolting incidence. The lovely golden brown skinned bulbs store well throughout the winter.

Garlic: Easy to grow and good for you. Preferring a light, rich soil. Separate the bulbs into individual cloves and plant just below the surface in late winter/early spring. Lift and dry the bulbs in late summer and store cool.
